Beveland (the Netherlands)

As Atlantic Bridge is based in the village of Kruiningen, of course there are a lot of local contacts in Beveland.

Present situation:

In 2009 an American group from Atlanta visited Kruiningen an stayed at the headquarters. They had dinner with several hostfamilies in Kruiningen and that is where something started: some enthusiastic families encouraging the work of Atlantic Bridge.

Also the international volunteers (EVS-ers) staying in Kruiningen, organised 'culture clubs' for young people. With these initiatives the group of contacts grew.

Regional Support Team: two or three persons meeting a few times a year.

We are still looking for youth leaders so that a Bridgebuilders Club can be started in Beveland.
